General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through this online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order via the designated order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

After the order has been received, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by the seller.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated in the online shop are total prices.

Due to the application of the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 UStG, VAT is not shown.

Any additional shipping costs will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

The payment methods available in the online shop are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The applicable shipping costs, delivery areas and information regarding shipping times can be found in the shipping information of the online shop.

If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs for reshipment may be incurred, provided that the customer is responsible for the incorrect information.
