Cancellation & Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

Returns
After declaring your withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the provided return address within the statutory period.
Important: Please do not send returns to the address of the imprint service stated in the Legal Notice. This address is intended exclusively for letter mail and does not accept parcels or packages.
You will receive the relevant return address as part of the return process.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Inspection and Condition of the Goods
You may inspect the goods received in order to determine their condition, characteristics and properties.
However, please note that the goods should be handled with care during this inspection.
Handling the goods beyond what is necessary for inspection may result in a loss of value. Compensation may be claimed for such loss of value to the extent permitted by law.
This applies in particular to the following cases:
Manga
The manga may be unpacked and inspected with regard to its condition, print quality and workmanship. Clear signs of use, dirt, creases, damage or other reductions in value caused by use beyond such inspection may be taken into account when determining the refund.
Tote Bags
Tote bags may be unpacked and inspected. If they are actually used beyond this and subsequently show, for example, dirt, odours, stains, damage or other signs of use, this may result in a corresponding loss of value.
Stickers
Stickers may be viewed and inspected. Stickers that have already been removed from the backing sheet, applied or otherwise used generally can no longer be resold as new goods. Any resulting loss of value may therefore be taken into account accordingly.
Art Prints
Art prints may be unpacked and viewed. Prints that have, for example, been creased, damaged, written on, stuck to another surface or otherwise impaired in condition or value through use beyond inspection may result in corresponding compensation for loss of value.
Merely opening the product packaging or shipping packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, payments received will be refunded in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
As a rule, the same payment method used for the original order will be used for the refund.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from a complaint regarding defective goods.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For goods that are specifically made according to individual customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with the statutory provisions.
In all other respects, the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
